A nature lover? Anxious to know more about daily life in a Dai village? Feel welcomed... Following the Mekong River, will give you ample opportunities to shoot beautiful pictures. Our first destination will be the Ganlaba Dai market. Besides, you can witness true traditional Dai; houses built on stilts, locals worshipping Buddha in the Hynayana temple and hard work in the fields. If you experienced it for real, we continue to the botanical garden in Menglun. Over 10,000 tropical plants are hosted by the Tropical Botanical Garden in Menglun. These are preserved in 34 living collections, covering an area of 900 hectares. It might keep you busy for a while! |
 Your private car will be waiting for you after breakfast in your hotel in Jinghong. An English speaking guide will accompany you during the day and explains whatever you want to know about the Dai minority and the Tropical Botanical Garden. After the excursion you will be brought back to your hotel in Jinghong. But, if you have another destination in mind, please let us know so we can make arrangements. |
